Liberal Leadership Organization (LLO) was established to deliver premier values in leadership and emotional intelligence (EQ). By applying scientific methods from leading global organizations, LLO helps leaders rejuvenate their energy and inspiration at work, enhance business effectiveness, and lead a life filled with meaning and happiness.
Our Story
Founder Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, after more than 20 years working at leading HR corporations, established the Liberal Leadership Organization (LLO). With the desire to bring elite programs to Vietnam, LLO helps leaders understand themselves, unlock their potential, and lead their teams with love and empathy.
LLO's programs stand out due to their international curriculum and diverse teaching methods, combining theory with personal experience, providing a solid foundation for self-learning and sustainable development.
